A. Information Applicable to All Packages

Provider: DokTing – Hazem Ibrahim, Berliner Straße 24b, 23738 Lensahn, Germany, info@dokting.de

Prices: All prices are final prices in euros. Pursuant to Section 19 UStG (German VAT Act, small-business rule), no value added tax is shown.

Payment: Vorkasse (advance payment) by bank transfer. After placing the order, the Customer shall receive the pro forma invoice together with the bank details and, upon receipt of payment, the proper invoice and a secure, time-limited upload link for the documents.

Prerequisite for booking: All chargeable packages require a prior free initial consultation and a Freigabecode (release code) issued on that basis.

Commencement of services – general rule: Processing shall commence after acceptance of the order, receipt of payment and receipt of the necessary documents; the secure upload link is provided after receipt of payment and does not by itself start any period. Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, processing commences only upon the express request of the Customer during the ordering process, otherwise after expiry of the withdrawal period.

Administrative submission: To the extent included in the booked package or in a separately agreed nursing module, DokTing – Hazem Ibrahim undertakes, under a power of attorney limited to the respective procedure, the administrative submission of applications and documents reviewed and released by the Customer, mere status enquiries, and the forwarding of communications and released supplements. This is subject to admissibility in the respective procedure and to compliance with the requirements of the receiving body. Personal declarations, signatures and appointments prescribed by law remain with the Customer. Individual legal advice and representation in court are excluded.

Scope of services and third-party fees in tiered packages: References to “all services” or “all components” of a preceding package tier relate solely to the service components described there. The assumption of third-party fees is governed exclusively by the maximum amount stated for the package actually booked. Maximum amounts from other package tiers are neither transferred nor added together.

Expressly NOT included in any package:

• individual legal advice and representation in court
• individual legal assessment of the specific case, examination of the prospects of success, selection of a residence title or legal remedy, selection of a federal state on legal grounds
• legal interpretation of official notices as well as the preparation of objections, legal remedies or court actions
• individual legal assessment of points or eligibility, choice of a recognition or evaluation route on the basis of a legal examination of the individual case, and legal calculation of time limits for legal remedies
• any assurance or guarantee of a result (visa, prior approval, admission, recognition, certificate evaluation, Approbation (full professional licence), Berufserlaubnis (temporary permission to practise), employment contract, interview)
• translations and certifications as well as the costs thereof; language courses and language examinations; examination, travel and visa fees
• costs for a Sperrkonto (blocked account), health insurance, accommodation, the broadcasting licence fee and other living costs
• third-party fees, unless they are expressly stated as included in the description of the respective package

B.1 Organisational Initial Review — EUR 299

Short title: Organisational Initial Review – Master

Third-party fees: Third-party fees are not included in the package price and do not form part of the flat price.

1. Organisational initial review of the academic profile on the basis of the information and documents provided.
2. Explanation of the general admission requirements for a Master's degree programme in Germany.
3. Identification of strengths and gaps in the profile, including missing documents.
4. Written, structured assessment of the next organisational steps.

Expressly not included: selection of specific study programmes, preparation or submission of applications, evaluation of ECTS credits or modules with binding effect, support after the initial review, opening of a Sperrkonto.

B.2 Academic Application — EUR 799

Short title: Academic Application – Master

Third-party fees included: external application fees of up to EUR 135 (for example uni-assist or university application fees). Fees exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer prior to the dispatch of the application.

Essential characteristics

1. Initial assessment of the academic profile.
2. Compilation of a list of suitable Master's programmes with an explanation of the requirements of each programme; organisational review of the modules completed to date and comparison of ECTS credits against the programme requirements.
3. Preparation and review of the application documents for completeness and form.
4. Submission of the applications under power of attorney.
5. Regular administrative status tracking until the decision of the higher education institution.
6. Administrative support when opening a blocked account; the customer concludes the account agreement personally with the service provider.

B.3 Complete Package — EUR 1,499

Short title: Complete Package – Master

Third-party fees included: external application fees of up to EUR 200. Fees exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer prior to the dispatch of the application.

Essential characteristics

1. All services of the “Academic Application” package, including administrative status tracking until the response of the higher education institutions.
2. Step-by-step support after receipt of the admission.
3. Explanation of the documents required for the respective next step.
4. Organisation of appointments and key steps (overview of deadlines and status).
5. General information on the embassy procedure as well as an overview of the steps following admission (visa appointment, Sperrkonto – already part of the included scope of services –, health insurance, enrolment).

B.4 Arriving in Germany — EUR 2,499

Short title: Arriving in Germany – Master

Third-party fees included: external third-party fees of up to EUR 200. Fees exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer after prior notice of the amount and express approval.

Essential characteristics

1. All services of the Complete Package.
2. Individual schedule for the first weeks in Germany and prioritisation of the first weeks of study.
3. Organisational support with the search for accommodation.
4. Preparation for and support with the registration at the Bürgeramt or Einwohnermeldeamt (residents' registration office).
5. Organisational support with a bank account, health insurance and the application for the tax identification number.
6. Organisational assistance in dealing with the Ausländerbehörde as well as an overview of the broadcasting licence fee and further everyday steps.

Service-related assessment shares

The shares below describe the relative weighting of the agreed service components within this package. C.1 Organisational Initial Review — EUR 299

Short title: Organisational Initial Review – Bachelor

Third-party fees: Third-party fees are not included in the package price and do not form part of the flat price.

1. Organisational initial review of the profile on the basis of the school-leaving qualification, the transcript of grades and the available supporting documents.
2. Explanation of the general admission requirements for a Bachelor's degree programme in Germany.
3. Information on higher education access and Studienkolleg.
4. Identification of strengths and gaps in the profile, including missing documents.
5. Written, structured assessment of the next organisational steps.

2. List of suitable study programmes or study pathways with an explanation of the respective requirements, including the required language levels.
3. Preparation and review of the application documents for completeness and form.

6. Administrative support when opening a blocked account; the customer concludes the account agreement personally with the service provider.

2. Organisational sighting of the curriculum vitae and the professional experience on the basis of the documents submitted, with regard to the general requirements of the Chancenkarte.
3. Explanation of the general requirements of the Chancenkarte and of the relationship between qualification, experience, language and the application requirements.
4. Overview of the supporting documents taken into account within the points system as well as a list of the missing documents.
5. Information on recognition and certificate evaluation.
6. Plan the next organisational steps.

2. Identification of the competent body in the official directory.
3. Check of the documents for completeness and form; comparison of translations and certifications against the checklist.
4. Submission of the recognition or evaluation application under a limited power of attorney, to the extent admissible in the respective procedure.
5. Regular administrative tracking of the status of the application, depending on the procedural stage available.
6. Administrative support when opening a blocked account; the customer concludes the account agreement personally with the service provider.

1. All services of the “Recognition Application” package, including administrative status tracking after submission of the recognition or evaluation application.
2. Organisational support after the result of the recognition or evaluation application.
3. Compilation of the Chancenkarte documents for the submission of the application and review of the basic documents prior to the official appointment.
4. Organisation of appointments and key steps (schedule overview for the submission of the application and the embassy appointment).
5. General information on the embassy procedure as well as linguistic and formal revision of the letter of motivation.
6. Initial orientation for the job search following arrival in Germany.

Third-party fees included: external third-party fees of up to EUR 200. Fees exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer after prior notice of the amount and express approval.

1. All services of the Complete Package.
2. Individual schedule for the first weeks in Germany with prioritisation of the first steps.
3. Organisational support with the search for accommodation and with the registration at the Bürgeramt.
4. Orientation regarding health insurance, a bank account, the tax identification number and further initial administrative steps.
5. Beyond the included initial orientation: guidance on applying to German companies as well as initial preparation for professional job interviews.
6. A practical plan for the transition from arrival to a structured job search.

Short title: Document Review – Recognition for Doctors

Third-party fees: Third-party fees are not included in the package price and do not form part of the flat price.

1. One-off organisational review of the medical or pharmaceutical documents and of the professional profile.
2. Explanation of the general requirements of the recognition pathway in Germany.
3. Overview of the supporting documents required for the recognition pathway.
4. List of the missing documents and of the translations required; identification of strengths and gaps in the profile.
5. Written record of the next steps, including sequence and time frame.

3. Compilation and completeness check of the required documents; coordination of translations and certifications.
4. Submission under power of attorney.
5. Organisation of the application pathway and regular administrative status tracking.
6. Administrative support when opening a blocked account; the customer concludes the account agreement personally with the service provider.

2. Organisational support after the result. Record and compile the documents requested.
3. Overview of the language certificate and the specialist language examination.
4. Organisation of appointments and key steps.
5. General information on the embassy procedure and written record of the next professional steps, including sequence and time frame.

This package does not include job searching or the preparation of professional application documents; these services are the subject of the separately bookable career packages “Professional Application Documents – Job Search” and “Complete Professional Application Pathway – Job Search”, each according to the scope of the package booked. These career packages do not include contacting employers or sending applications and correspondence on the customer's behalf; the customer handles this personally. Recruitment in the employer-funded nursing pathway remains a separate service under a separate agreement.

E.4 Arriving in Germany — EUR 2,499

Short title: Arriving in Germany – Recognition

Third-party fees included: external third-party fees of up to EUR 200. Fees exceeding this amount shall be borne by the Customer after prior notice of the amount and express approval.

2. Individual schedule for the first weeks in Germany with prioritisation of the first steps.
3. Organisational support with the search for accommodation.

1. All services of the “Preparation of Professional Application Documents” package.
2. Determination of the type of opportunity appropriate to the professional and language situation: a position, an observership (Hospitation) or an internship.
3. Research into and preselection of advertised positions and suitable application sources in accordance with the criteria specified by the Customer; handover of a structured list for the Customer's own selection.
4. Preparation of tailored application portfolios and preparation of up to 15 applications ready for dispatch; dispatch shall be effected by the Customer personally from the Customer's own e-mail address.
5. Support in understanding incoming responses and letters from medical institutions as well as in formulating the Customer's own replies; initial preparation for job interviews, including training in self-presentation.
6. Up to 15 follow-up appointments to review progress and to update the application plan; organisation of the profession-related information concerning the Berufserlaubnis.

There is no automatic extension. A closing report documents the services rendered and the components not used. Expiry of the period alone is not evidence that all services have been rendered; the service is deemed fully rendered only once all components owed, including follow-up appointments due, have been rendered. The Customer's statutory rights remain unaffected; services not rendered do not lapse merely because the period has expired where DokTing is responsible for the delay. The completion of the service is independent of the outcome of the applications or of any employment.

Access requirement: As a rule, this package requires that the Customer currently lives in Germany, has a command of German at level B2 or above, holds a clearly defined qualification or professional experience and – where required – holds official recognition of the foreign qualification or certificates by the competent body in Germany. The suitability of the profile shall be reviewed before commencement.

Essential characteristics

1. All services of the “Preparation of Professional Application Documents” package.
2. In-depth analysis of the labour market relevant to the specialist field and the target region.
3. Preparation of a list of possible sectors and companies according to the profile and the agreed criteria – as information material for the Customer's own selection – as well as structuring and prioritisation of the target company list.
4. Development of an Initiativbewerbung strategy according to specialist field and region.
5. Preparation of up to 15 speculative applications ready for dispatch; dispatch shall be effected by the Customer personally from the Customer's own e-mail address.
